- Professional Improvement Skill development and career advancement.
- Work and Opportunities Connection to jobs, projects, collaborations, and more.
- Finances Tools for managing and increasing personal and family wealth.
- Mental and Personal Development Resilience, inner growth, and self-realization.
- Social and Connections Networking and creating meaningful relationships.
- Activities and Enjoyment Events, leisure, and content for the community’s well-being.
Admission and Joining Terms
Joining the communities is not an automatic right but a controlled process based on alignment with our values:
- Personal Interview A prerequisite for admission is passing a personal interview, which includes a video call, to ensure alignment with the spirit of the communities.
- Priority for Invitees Candidates with a personal invitation receive priority in the process. You may apply without an invitation, but the process will be longer.
- Exclusive Discretion The communities reserve the full and exclusive right to approve or reject any joining request at their professional discretion.
- Termination of Membership The appropriate steering committee has the authority to terminate the membership of a person acting contrary to community values.

We consider the following values a fundamental duty of every member and of the communities as an organization:
- Being Good to Each Other A commitment to relationships based on respect, fairness, and tolerance. Creating a supportive environment is a prerequisite.
- Reward for Contribution The communities encourage active involvement for the common good. Whoever contributes more, receives more.
- Principle of Action All community services can be accessed at no cost.
- Fairness and Responsibility Acting with personal integrity, transparency, and mutual responsibility among members.
Regulations, Governance & Dispute Resolution
- Community Regulations In addition to these terms, detailed regulations define members’ rights and obligations. Use of the website constitutes agreement to these rules.
- Steering Committees All communities are managed by steering committees composed of members, which serve as the final authority for decisions and guidelines.
- Events & Meetings Participation is voluntary. Participants hold personal responsibility for safety. Organizers are not liable for harm or loss during events.
- Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, parties agree to appeal to the steering committee for internal mediation before turning to external courts.
Development & Liability
Continuous Development: GACO Communities are a living and developing organism. The platforms and terms are in a constant process of improvement to adapt to members’ needs.
Liability & Services: We provide a platform for connection and business tools. The responsibility for professional or personal engagements lies solely with the members. Continued use of the website constitutes your agreement to these terms.
