GACO Community Values

Welcome to GACO communities. We are glad you’re here.
The use of the site and community services is subject to the terms detailed below.

Purpose and Principles

The purpose of GACO communities is to increase the personal, economic, social, and community abundance of all members. The communities offer a response and a growth envelope in the following areas:

Professional Improvement

Skill development and career advancement.

Work and Opportunities

Connection to jobs, projects, and collaborations. And more.

Finance

Tools for managing and growing personal and family wealth.

Mental and Development

Resilience, inner growth, and self-realization.

Social and Connections

Networking and creating meaningful connections.

Activities and Enjoyment

Events, leisure, and content for community well-being.

Core Values and Principles

We consider the following values a fundamental duty of every member and of the communities as an organization:

Being good to one another

Commitment to relationships of respect, fairness, and tolerance. Creating a supportive and empowering environment is a prerequisite for any interaction in the communities.

Reward for contribution

The communities encourage active involvement for the common good. The community model is built so that those who contribute more receive more.

The principle of action

All community services can be accessible at no cost.

Fairness and Responsibility

Acting out of personal integrity, transparency, and mutual responsibility among members.

Admission and Joining

Joining the communities is not an automatic right but a controlled process based on alignment with values:

Personal Interview

A mandatory condition for admission is passing a personal interview, including a video call, to ensure alignment with the spirit of the communities.

Priority for Invitees

Candidates with a personal invitation receive priority in the process. You can apply without an invitation, but this process will be longer and include additional steps.

Exclusive Discretion

The communities reserve the full and exclusive right to approve or reject any application for joining at their professional discretion, and are not obligated to justify or explain their decisions.

Termination of Membership

The relevant steering committee has the authority to terminate the membership of an individual who acts contrary to the values of respect and fairness or violates the community terms.

Conduct, Responsibility, and Policy

The Community Rules

In addition to these terms of use, the communities have a detailed rulebook defining the rights and obligations of members in depth. Use of the site constitutes an in-principle agreement to act in accordance with these rules. Active membership in the communities is conditional on meeting the requirements of the rulebook and maintaining the rules of conduct detailed therein.

Governance and Management: Steering Committees

All communities, with all their branches, are managed by Steering Committees composed of community members.

  • The steering committees are the authority for making decisions on the issues they are entrusted with.
  • All community activities are subject to the guidelines of the committees, which act for the benefit of the whole and the realization of the communities’ vision.

In-Person Meetings and Events

The communities hold physical meetings, conferences, and events for the benefit of the members:

  • Participation in any meeting or event is voluntary and at the participant’s sole responsibility.
  • The communities, steering committees, or organizers will not be liable for any physical damage, property damage, loss, or other harm that may occur during an event, on the way to it, or on the way back from it.
  • Every participant has the personal responsibility to follow safety guidelines and appropriate behavior during events.

Dispute Resolution

As a community based on trust and respect, we strive to resolve any disagreement amicably:

  • In the event of a dispute between members related to community activities, the parties agree to appeal to the relevant steering committee for internal mediation and arbitration before appealing to external instances.
  • The decisions of the steering committee regarding conduct within the communities are final and binding on the members.

Evolving Communities

GACO communities are a living and evolving organism. The site, tools, and services offered are in a constant process of improvement and updating. We strive to adapt ourselves to the needs of the members and technological changes, and therefore the terms of use, organizational structure, and platforms may change from time to time.

Responsibility and Services

The communities provide a platform for connection, growth, and business tools. However, the responsibility for business, professional, or personal engagements between members falls on the members themselves alone. The communities or steering committees will not be liable for the results of interactions between community members.

Continued browsing and use of the site constitute confirmation that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and to be part of communities that put abundance and the common good at the center.
