GECO Communities

1. Introduction
Welcome to the GECO Communities website and platforms (the “Website” or the “Platforms”), which are owned, operated, managed, and provided by GECO Communities (“GECO Communities”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Website, the Platforms, community features, communication tools, AI-enabled features, matching-related tools, paid services, memberships, subscriptions, content, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing the website, accessing or using the Services, creating an account, submitting information, uploading content, purchasing any service, communicating with other users, or otherwise interacting with the Website or the Platforms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately stop using the Services.
If you use the Services on behalf of a business, company, organization, or any other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to this Agreement.
For the purposes of this Agreement, references to the “Website” or the “Platforms” mean the GECO Communities website and platforms, and references to “GECO Communities”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean the entity responsible for the ownership, operation, management, and provision of the Website, the Platforms, and the Services.

2. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
The Services are intended for adults only. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
We do not knowingly permit minors to access, register for, or use the Services. If we believe that a person under the age of 18 has used the Services or submitted information through the Website or the Platforms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the relevant account and remove associated information, subject to applicable law.

3. Changes to the Services and to this Agreement
We may update, modify, suspend, limit, replace, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without prior notice, including features, pricing, availability, tools, integrations, content, and functionality.
We may also revise this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will become effective once posted on the Website, unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the Services after an updated version is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

4. Accounts and Account Security
Certain features may require registration or account creation. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep your details updated.
You are solely responsible for:
1. maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
2. restricting access to your account;
3. all actions, communications, uploads, and activities performed through your account.
You must promptly notify us through the Website if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse, impersonation, fraud, or any security breach affecting your account.
We reserve the right to refuse registration, request verification, suspend access, reclaim usernames, or terminate accounts that are false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, suspicious, unsafe, or otherwise violate this Agreement.

5. Community Rules and Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services to:
1. violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
2. upload, post, distribute, transmit, or share unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, abusive, hateful, threatening, violent, sexually exploitative, manipulative, or otherwise harmful material;
3. impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity, age, intentions, business profile, relationship status, affiliation, qualifications, or authority;
4. create fake, misleading, deceptive, duplicate, or unauthorized profiles;
5. collect, scrape, harvest, monitor, copy, or mine data without authorization;
6. interfere with the operation, integrity, performance, or security of the Website or the Platforms;
7. upload malware, malicious code, spyware, viruses, or other disruptive technologies;
8. bypass rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions;
9. use the Services for spam, scams, phishing, coercion, blackmail, stalking, exploitation, harassment, catfishing, or abusive conduct;
10. misuse AI features in a way that may cause deception, unlawful profiling, manipulation, rights violations, or harm;
11. publish content you do not have the legal right to use;
12. use the Website or the Platforms in a manner that may harm GECO Communities, its users, third parties, or the community environment.
We may investigate violations, remove content, restrict features, issue warnings, block communications, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access where we reasonably believe this Agreement or applicable law has been violated.

5.12 User Interaction and Personal Safety Disclaimer
You acknowledge and agree that your interactions with other users, whether online or offline, are solely at your own risk.
GECO Communities does not guarantee the identity, intentions, honesty, compatibility, conduct, credibility, legality, or safety of any user.
You are solely responsible for exercising appropriate caution, judgment, and personal safety when communicating with other users, sharing personal or business information, arranging meetings, entering into relationships, introductions, collaborations, or business engagements, or relying on information provided by other users.
GECO Communities shall not be responsible or liable for the conduct of any user, whether on or off the Website or the Platforms, or for any loss, damage, injury, emotional distress, fraud, deception, dispute, misconduct, or other harm arising out of or related to interactions between users.

5.13 Profile Verification Disclaimer
The Website or the Platforms may now or in the future offer profile verification, identity indicators, badges, trust markers, business verification, or similar mechanisms.
Any verification, badge, indicator, or trust label is limited in scope, may rely on partial information only, and does not constitute a guarantee of identity, authenticity, honesty, business reliability, safety, legal compliance, or user intentions.
Users remain solely responsible for independently evaluating other users, businesses, profiles, opportunities, and communications, regardless of whether any verification or trust marker appears on the Website or the Platforms.

5.14 Right to Remove Profiles, Content, and Communications
GECO Communities reserves the full right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to review, restrict, suspend, remove, edit, hide, disable access to, or permanently delete any profile, content, image, message, communication, listing, business profile, or other material made available through the Website or the Platforms.
Such action may be taken for any reason GECO Communities deems appropriate, including safety concerns, user complaints, suspected fraud, fake or misleading profiles, abusive conduct, legal or regulatory compliance, intellectual property concerns, reputational protection, operational integrity, or violation of this Agreement.
GECO Communities shall have no liability to any user for exercising these rights.

5.15 Reporting and Internal Review
Users are encouraged to report suspicious, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate behavior through the reporting tools or contact mechanisms available on the Website.
GECO Communities may, but is not obligated to, investigate reports, request additional information, take temporary or permanent enforcement measures, preserve relevant information, or cooperate with legal, regulatory, safety, or security processes.
GECO Communities does not guarantee that any report will result in a specific action, outcome, remedy, or response time.

6. User Content, Uploaded Information, and Commercial Use
You may be able to submit, upload, publish, store, transmit, display, message, or otherwise make available text, prompts, comments, files, photographs, profile details, business details, personal information, matching-related information, interests, preferences, communications, posts, listings, descriptions, media, and other materials (“User Content”).
You retain whatever ownership rights you may have in your User Content, subject always to the rights granted under this Agreement.
By uploading, submitting, posting, transmitting, storing, or otherwise making User Content available through GECO, you grant GECO Communities a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right and license to host, store, copy, reproduce, adapt, modify, analyze, process, translate, publish, display, distribute, promote, advertise, market, create derivative works from, monetize, commercially exploit, and otherwise use such User Content, in whole or in part, in any media or channel, whether existing now or developed in the future, for the operation, development, promotion, commercialization, improvement, licensing, distribution, and expansion of the Website, the Platforms, the Services, the community, and related business activities, subject to this Agreement and applicable law.
This right includes, without limitation, use for:
1. operating and providing the Services;
2. moderation, security, fraud prevention, analytics, search, discovery, personalization, and AI functions;
3. internal business operations, product development, and service improvement;
4. promotional, advertising, branding, community, and marketing purposes;
5. commercial partnerships, sponsorships, campaigns, marketplace functions, and future commercial offerings;
6. business, community, recommendation, and matching-related activities;
7. lawful commercial use by GECO Communities and by authorized third parties acting with or through GECO Communities, subject to this Agreement and applicable law.
To the extent User Content includes personal information or business-related information, the use of such information remains subject to this Agreement, applicable law, and any settings or limitations expressly made available through the Website or the Platforms.
GECO Communities may establish additional future commercial terms, licensing terms, monetization frameworks, participation rules, promotional programs, marketplace terms, or revenue-related arrangements relating to User Content or related services, and such terms shall apply once published or otherwise made available by GECO Communities.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, uploading or making User Content available through the Website or the Platforms does not entitle you to any payment, compensation, royalty, revenue share, or commercial participation.
You represent and warrant that:
1. you own or control all rights necessary to provide the User Content;
2. your User Content does not violate any law, this Agreement, or third-party rights;
3. your User Content is accurate to the extent you present it as factual;
4. you have obtained all required permissions, consents, and authorizations relating to persons, businesses, content, images, and data included in your User Content.

7. AI Features and AI Output
Some Services may include artificial intelligence, machine learning, recommendation systems, automated moderation, search, summarization, generation, ranking, categorization, matching, or similar tools (“AI Features”).
You acknowledge and agree that:
1. AI Features may generate inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, inappropriate, or unsuitable results;
2. AI output is probabilistic and may not be unique;
3. AI output does not constitute legal, medical, psychological, financial, tax, compliance, matchmaking, relationship, or other professional advice;
4. you are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding whether to rely on any AI-generated output or recommendation.
GECO Communities does not guarantee that AI output will be accurate, complete, reliable, non-infringing, lawful, current, or fit for any purpose.

8. Automated Processing and Profiling
We may use automated tools and systems for fraud prevention, spam detection, abuse prevention, moderation, personalization, relevance ranking, recommendations, analytics, matching-related suggestions, and AI-enabled functionality.
Where applicable law grants such rights, a user may request review through the Website in relation to certain data or account-related processing activities.

9. Fees, Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Certain Services may be offered on a paid basis, whether one-time, recurring, membership-based, subscription-based, usage-based, promotional, or otherwise.
By purchasing any paid Service, you agree that:
1. you will provide valid payment details;
2. you authorize GECO Communities and its payment providers to charge applicable fees, taxes, renewals, and adjustments;
3. fees are due as presented at checkout, in the offer, or on the relevant service page;
4. unless expressly stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable once the relevant service period has begun.
If any paid Service renews automatically, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation in accordance with the applicable terms displayed on the Website.
We may suspend or terminate paid access for failed payments, chargebacks, fraud concerns, payment processor restrictions, or abuse of billing rights.

10. Third-Party Services, Integrations, and Payment Providers
The Services may include or rely on third-party platforms, links, embeds, payment providers, cloud services, analytics tools, AI providers, communication tools, social integrations, advertising services, technical vendors, partners, or external service providers.
GECO Communities does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their content, or their independent policies and practices.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
Payment transactions may be processed by third-party providers. GECO Communities does not undertake to store full payment card details on its own servers unless explicitly stated and lawfully implemented.

11. Intellectual Property
The Website, the Platforms, and the Services, including their design, software, interfaces, trademarks, logos, databases, text, graphics, compilations, layouts, audiovisual materials, branding, structure, technology, and all related intellectual property rights, are owned by GECO Communities or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.
Except as expressly permitted in writing, you may not reproduce, copy, republish, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, exploit, or create derivative works from any part of the Website, the Platforms, or the Services.
If you believe your copyright or other intellectual property rights have been infringed through the Website or the Platforms, you may submit a notice through the Website.

12. Privacy Overview
We collect, use, store, process, transfer, disclose, and otherwise handle personal data and related information as described in this Agreement.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that your data may be handled in accordance with this Agreement and applicable law.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website, the Platforms, and the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
GECO Communities disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, uninterrupted use, and suitability for any purpose.
GECO Communities does not warrant that:
1. the Website, the Platforms, or the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
2. defects will be corrected;
3. the Website or the Platforms will be free from malware, harmful components, or vulnerabilities;
4. any content, user content, third-party material, or AI output will be accurate, lawful, complete, safe, current, or suitable for your needs.

14. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as creating any right to compensation except where liability is actually established under applicable law by a competent court.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GECO Communities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, reputation, goodwill, anticipated savings, data, relationships, or commercial opportunities, arising out of or related to the Website, the Platforms, or the Services.
If, notwithstanding the foregoing, GECO Communities is found liable by a competent court in connection with any claim arising out of or related to the Website, the Platforms, or the Services, GECO Communities’ maximum aggregate monetary liability shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the relevant user to GECO Communities during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.

15. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GECO Communities, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, licensors, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
1. your use of the Website, the Platforms, or the Services;
2. your User Content;
3. your communications or interactions with other users;
4. your violation of this Agreement;
5. your violation of any law or third-party rights.

16. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, block, or terminate your access to all or part of the Website, the Platforms, or the Services, with or without notice, if:
1. you violate this Agreement or applicable law;
2. your conduct creates risk, harm, legal exposure, or disruption;
3. we are required to act by law, regulation, court order, regulator, payment provider, insurer, partner, or operational necessity;
4. your account is fraudulent, inactive, misleading, abusive, or unsafe;
5. GECO Communities decides to discontinue the relevant Service or feature.
Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive shall remain in effect, including those relating to intellectual property, content rights, commercial use, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, disputes, enforcement, and any accrued rights or obligations.

17. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction
This Agreement, the Website, the Platforms, and the Services shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.
Any dispute, claim, action, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Website, the Platforms, the Services, the use of data, payments, content, communications, or any related matter shall be brought and handled only before the competent courts in the State of Israel.
No foreign court, foreign jurisdiction, or alternative venue shall apply, except where such exclusivity cannot lawfully be enforced under mandatory applicable law.

any other personal, social, professional, business, or matching-related information you choose to submit through the Website or the Platforms.

page views, clicks, timestamps, navigation paths, and feature interactions;
cookie identifiers and similar technologies;
security, technical, and diagnostic logs.

payment confirmations and billing status from payment providers;

public information or other lawfully obtained information from service providers, partners, or third parties where applicable.

18.2 Purposes of Processing

18.3 Legal Bases and Consent
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we may process information based on one or more of the following:
1. performance of a contract;
2. steps taken at your request before entering into a contract;
3. legitimate interests, including operation, security, administration, improvement, analytics, and lawful commercialization of the Services;
4. your consent, where required;
5. legal obligations;
6. establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

18.4 Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, analytics tools, SDKs, and similar technologies for essential functionality, authentication, security, preferences, performance measurement, analytics, personalization, and, where applicable, advertising or remarketing.
Where required by law, non-essential technologies will be used subject to appropriate consent mechanisms.

18.5 Marketing Communications
We may send service-related messages that are necessary for account administration, security, transactions, updates, and support.
We may also send promotional communications where permitted by law and, where required, based on consent. Users may opt out through the Website or through the unsubscribe mechanism included in the communication.

8. successors or relevant third parties in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
Some information may therefore be used, processed, analyzed, displayed, distributed, commercialized, or otherwise handled by third parties in connection with the Website, the Platforms, the Services, related business activities, and future commercial frameworks, subject to this Agreement and applicable law.

18.7 International Transfers
Because the Website or the Platforms may operate globally and may use third-party providers in multiple jurisdictions, information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries outside your place of residence.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for such transfers, GECO Communities will rely on lawful mechanisms and appropriate measures as required.

18.8 Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Agreement, including operation of the Services, account management, security, compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement, backup, fraud prevention, and legitimate business needs.
Where feasible, we may anonymize information instead of deleting it.

18.9 Right to Access, Correction, and Deletion
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to certain personal information held about you and may request correction of inaccurate information.
Subject to applicable law, you may also request deletion of certain personal information and, where applicable, certain User Content, through the Website.
However, the right to deletion is not absolute. GECO Communities may retain, preserve, or continue to process information where reasonably necessary or legally permitted, including for:
1. compliance with legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, audit, or record-keeping obligations;
2. fraud prevention, abuse prevention, security, and system integrity;
3. dispute resolution, investigation, enforcement, or defense of legal claims;
4. backup, archival, logging, and operational continuity;
5. content moderation, safety review, and internal documentation;
6. rights already granted or uses already carried out under this Agreement before the deletion request, to the extent permitted by law.
Deletion of information from active display does not necessarily mean immediate or complete removal from backup systems, archived systems, logs, historical records, or third-party systems already lawfully involved in the processing.
Where content has been shared with other users, incorporated into campaigns, used commercially, archived, cached, indexed, or distributed before a deletion request, continued limited retention or continued existence may remain possible to the extent permitted by law.

18.10 Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, no internet transmission or storage environment is completely secure, and GECO Communities cannot guarantee absolute security.

18.11 Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 18.
If we become aware that a minor has submitted information or used the Website or the Platforms, we reserve the right to remove relevant information and terminate the related account, subject to applicable law.

18.12 Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version shall become effective once posted on the Website, unless stated otherwise.

18.13 Contact and Requests

GECO Communities is not obligated to process communications sent through any other channel unless applicable law requires otherwise.

18.5A Email Communications, Notices, Marketing Consent, and Community Messages
By creating an account, using the Website or the Platforms, joining the community, submitting your contact details, communicating with GECO Communities, registering for any feature, service, membership, subscription, event, campaign, waitlist, form, or other activity, or otherwise interacting with the Services, you acknowledge and agree that GECO Communities may send you communications by email, subject to applicable law.
Such communications may include, without limitation:
1. account-related communications;
2. registration confirmations;
3. login, authentication, and verification emails;
4. password reset messages;
5. technical notices;
6. operational notices;
7. service announcements;
8. legal notices;
9. policy updates;

14. support responses and service communications;

16. participation notices;
17. invitations;
18. reminders;

23. feature announcements;
24. newsletters;
25. surveys;
26. feedback requests;
27. research invitations;
28. educational or informational messages;
29. promotional messages;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you expressly consent to receive from GECO Communities, by email, advertising, marketing, promotional, commercial, newsletter, campaign, update, and community-related communications regarding GECO Communities, its Services, its activities, its products, its offerings, its features, its events, its memberships, its subscriptions, its community opportunities, and, where permitted by law, selected third-party, partner, sponsor, affiliate, collaborator, or marketplace-related offers, opportunities, services, content, or campaigns.
Where applicable law requires separate or additional consent for certain advertising, direct marketing, or partner-related communications, your registration, opt-in action, checkbox approval, account settings, purchase flow, membership enrollment, participation form, or other consent mechanism presented through the Website may serve as the relevant indication of consent, to the extent legally valid.
GECO Communities may maintain records of consent, including the date, time, method, wording, source page, IP address, account identifier, transaction context, and any related preference or opt-in status, for compliance, evidentiary, operational, and legal purposes.
You acknowledge and agree that service-related, security-related, account-related, transactional, administrative, support, billing, legal, compliance, moderation, and operational emails are an integral part of the Services and may be sent as necessary for the operation, protection, administration, and enforcement of the Website, the Platforms, the Services, and the community, and are not dependent on your consent to receive marketing emails, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You may withdraw consent to receive marketing, promotional, newsletter, advertising, or other non-essential commercial emails at any time through the unsubscribe link included in the relevant email, through your account settings where available, or through the relevant contact or request mechanism on the Website.
Withdrawal of consent or opting out of marketing emails shall not affect the lawfulness of communications sent prior to such withdrawal and shall not prevent GECO Communities from sending non-marketing emails that are necessary for account administration, transactions, security, legal compliance, community integrity, moderation, billing, support, or operation of the Services.
Where permitted by applicable law, GECO Communities may also send marketing or promotional emails to users, customers, members, participants, subscribers, or persons who have provided their details in the context of a purchase, registration, negotiation, inquiry, membership, community participation, or other interaction with GECO Communities, including regarding services, products, features, or opportunities similar or related to those in respect of which the user previously interacted with GECO Communities.
Nothing in this Section shall be interpreted as limiting any right of GECO Communities to send communications that are otherwise permitted by applicable law, nor as obligating GECO Communities to send any particular category of email.
